Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping prices for both U.S. and international orders are dependent on the weight of an item(s) and country of destination. Combined shipping discounts will be applied to orders with multiple items. Your total will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Q: WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address you entered on your order. If for some reason you did not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Items ordered within the U.S. will take about 2-9 business days for delivery, depending on its destination. International orders have an estimated arrival of 2-4 weeks. Please be aware that shipping overseas may take longer to arrive than its estimated delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather conditions, customs, holidays, etc). Madefabulous is not held responsible for packages that are lost once they are shipped, as it is out of our control.
Q: WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
For all orders, a tracking number will be provided via e-mail. However, for some international orders, limitations may apply for certain destinations and WILL NOT come with a tracking number.
Q: WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAX AND DUTIES?
An accurate customs form is filled out for every international order. BUYER is RESPONSIBLE for ANY and/or ALL Customs fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping and purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency. By law, Madefabulous is legally obligated to provide and always note true information on customs forms; Madefabulous cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
